Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the four month period ended 31 December 2007, was dispatched today and contains no material changes to the audited results which were announced on SENS on Friday, 28 March 2008.

The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be held at 2 Arnold Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 26 June 2008 at 10h00.
